  A camera can only be added by one main account, but multiple mobile phones can view the feed by sharing the device or logging into the same account on multiple devices.

• Can I connect to the WISTINO camera without WiFi?

  Standard Wi-Fi models require a local Wi-Fi network connection to operate remotely. However, 4G models can connect via an inserted SIM card, bypassing the need for standard Wi-Fi.

• What should I do if the playback prompts 'SD card not detected'?

  Please check if your Micro TF memory card is correctly and securely inserted into the camera's slot. Ensure the card is formatted properly if it is brand new.

• How do I change the network connection on my camera?

  Long press the camera's reset button until you hear the 'reset successful' audio prompt. Wait for the camera to restart, and then follow the app setup instructions to connect to your new network.

• Why does the camera prompt that it is offline?
