For models like the S-W4, click four times on either earbud's touch button (MFB) to switch between audio modes. Note that the 2.4G Dongle mode defaults to gaming mode, while Bluetooth defaults to music mode.
Place the earbuds in the charging case, then long-press the reset button for 3 seconds until the case indicator flashes twice. This deletes all previous pairing information.
