- Mycie: Machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water and minimal detergent. Do not use bleach.

- A: This is not a dangerous situation, but it can/will affect the functionality of the product. This most likely means that the fuse in the controller has blown for safety reasons and the product has been disabled. Please contact customer support.
- Q: Can I plug it into a power strip, extension cord or splitter?
- A: We do not recommend using a power strip, extension cord, or splitter.
