1. Wprowadzenie

This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your YABER Y30 Native 1080P Projector. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

3. Konfiguracja

3.1 Umieszczenie

Position the projector on a stable, flat surface or mount it to the ceiling. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating. The recommended viewing distance is 3 meters, offering a projection size from 45" to 300".

3.3 Podłączanie urządzeń

The YABER Y30 projector supports various input sources:

• HDMI: Use the provided HDMI cable to connect to devices such as TV boxes, Amazon Fire Stick TV, Chromecast, PCs, laptops, or gaming consoles (PS4, Xbox). The projector has 2 HDMI ports.
• USB: Insert USB sticks into the 2 USB ports for media playback. Note that the projector can only read MP4 video format directly from a USB key. For AVI, MKV, WMV, connect a computer to the projector for playback.
• VGA: Connect older computers or devices using a VGA cable.
• AV: Use the provided AV cables for devices with composite video and stereo audio outputs.
• Smartfony/tablety: For connecting smartphones or tablets, an additional adapter (not included) is required for screen mirroring.

Important Note on 4K Video Playback:

The projector can play 4K videos when connected directly to smartphones or laptops. However, it does not support playing 4K format videos by connecting a USB stick or other 4K devices directly to the projector.

HDCP Protocol and Streaming Services:

Some streaming services like Netflix may not export video externally due to HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) protocol. This is a content protection measure and not a defect of the projector.

4. Instrukcja obsługi

4.1 Włączanie/wyłączanie zasilania

Press the power button on the projector or the remote control to turn the unit on or off. The projector has a quick power-on time of approximately 15 seconds and instant power-off.

4.2 Regulacja ostrości

Rotate the focus ring located around the lens until the projected image appears sharp and clear on the screen.

4.3 Korekcja trapezowa

The YABER Y30 features an innovative 4D (vertical & horizontal) keystone correction function, allowing for adjustments up to ±50°. This ensures the projected image is always a standard rectangle, even if the projector is not perfectly aligned with the screen. Use the remote control to adjust the keystone. This is a digital keystone correction, meaning that while it corrects the image shape, it may slightly reduce the overall resolution compared to a perfectly aligned, uncorrected image.

4.4 Funkcja zoomu

The X/Y Zoom function allows you to reduce the projection size without changing the physical distance of the projector. This is a digital zoom feature.

4.5 Wyjście audio

The projector has built-in 6W dual stereo speakers with an SRS sound system. For enhanced audio, connect external speakers via the 3.5mm audio output port.

5. Konserwacja

Use the provided lens cloth to gently clean the projector lens. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the lens coating.

5.2 Cooling System and Lamp Życie

The Y30 features an advanced and silent cooling system with three fans. To maintain optimal performance and extend the lamp's useful life (up to 100,000 hours), ensure the projector's vents are not obstructed. Regularly clean the air filter to prevent dust buildup, which can lead to overheating and potential image issues like brown spots.

• Jerky or Lagging Video: If you experience jerky or lagging video playback, this is typically not a quality problem and can often be resolved with a firmware upgrade. Contact YABER customer support for assistance with firmware updates.
• Brown Spots on Screen: The appearance of brown spots on the screen can indicate dust accumulation within the projector's optical path or overheating. Ensure the air filter is clean and the projector has adequate ventilation. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
• No Motorized Zoom: The YABER Y30 utilizes a digital X/Y zoom function, not a mechanical motorized zoom. This means the image size is scaled digitally, which may result in a slight reduction in resolution when significantly zoomed.
• Digital Keystone Correction Limitations: The 4D keystone correction is digital. While effective for correcting image shape, using it extensively may slightly impact image clarity compared to a perfectly aligned, uncorrected projection. For best image quality, aim for direct projection whenever possible.
• 4K Video Playback from USB: The projector does not support playing 4K videos directly from a USB stick or other 4K devices. For 4K content, connect a smartphone or laptop directly to the projector.
• Netflix/Streaming Service Issues: Some streaming services like Netflix may restrict content playback on projectors due to HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) protocols. This is an industry standard for copyright protection and not a fault of the projector.
