I am having trouble with the cloning function of my MAIWO K3016SG1 M.2 SSD clone device. I placed a 512GB M.2 in the Source slot and a 1TB M.2 SSD in the Target slot. Both SSDs were pretested and are working. I turned on the device and pressed the clone button for about 5 seconds. All percentage lights came on and then went off, but none flashed as described in the manual. I left them on for over an hour, and no percentage lights came up. The source drive has Windows 11 Home OS and a few apps. The 1TB drive is new. I checked the 1TB drive on another computer using a USB device, and it was fine. I then initialized the drive and made it one partition using Disk Manager. I tried the clone device again with the same results. The source SSD is warm, and the target SSD is hot to the touch. Do you have any suggestions before I return it to Amazon?
