Before initial use, fully charge the camera using the provided USB-C charging cable and a 5V/1A or 2A adapter. The charging port is located on the bottom of the camera. A full charge ensures optimal battery performance.

4.2 Data Plan and Connectivity

The KKB G500 is a 4G LTE security camera and does nie support 5GHz WiFi. A data plan is required for operation. You can enjoy a free 3-day trial to get started. Ensure the camera is installed in an area with strong 4G network coverage. Please note that 5GHz WiFi is not supported.
