2. Installing the CR2032 Battery

For models with an illuminated reticle, install the included CR2032 battery into the illumination control knob located on the side of the riflescope. Rotate the cap counter-clockwise to open the battery compartment, insert the battery with the positive (+) side facing outwards, and then replace the cap by rotating clockwise until snug.

3. Focusing the Reticle (Fast Focus Eyepiece)

To ensure a sharp reticle image, adjust the fast focus eyepiece. Hold the riflescope up to a plain, light-colored wall or the sky. Look through the eyepiece and quickly rotate the eyepiece focus ring (located at the rear of the scope) until the reticle appears sharp and clear. 4. Zeroing the Riflescope

Zeroing involves adjusting the elevation and windage turrets to align the point of impact with your point of aim at a specific distance. The Crossfire HD 1-4x24 features capped elevation and windage turrets with 1/4 MOA clicks. Use the turret tool to make precise adjustments. Turn the elevation turret (top) for vertical adjustments and the windage turret (side) for horizontal adjustments. Follow standard zeroing procedures at your desired range.
