4. Konfiguracja

4.1 Identyfikacja komponentów

Familiarize yourself with the manifold's ports and controls:

4.2 Pierwsze ładowanie

Before first use, fully charge the EMG-40Vpro manifold and the VGW-mini vacuum gauge using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the cable to the respective charging ports and a suitable USB power adapter (not included).

4.3 Instalacja aplikacji

Download the Elitech Tools App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile device. This app is essential for remote monitoring, data analysis, and firmware updates.

4.4 Łączenie komponentów

  1. Refrigerant Hoses: Connect the appropriate refrigerant hoses to the manifold's 1/4" SAE and 3/8" SAE ports as required for your HVAC system.
  2. VGW-mini Vacuum Gauge: Screw the VGW-mini directly onto a service port or a manifold port for vacuum measurements. Ensure a tight seal.

    • Wireless Clamps (IPT-01): Power on the clamps. They will automatically attempt to connect to the manifold or the Elitech Tools App via Bluetooth. Attach them securely to the refrigerant lines.
    • Wired Clamps: Plug the wired temperature clamps into the designated high and low temperature interfaces on the manifold. Attach them securely to the refrigerant lines.

5. Instrukcja obsługi

5.1 Włączanie/wyłączanie

Press and hold the power button on the side of the manifold to turn the device on or off. The touch screen will illuminate upon startup.

5.2 Poruszanie się po interfejsie

The EMG-40Vpro features a 5-inch touch screen. Navigate through menus and settings by tapping icons and swiping. The main screen displays real-time pressure, temperature, and vacuum data.

5.3 Bluetooth Connectivity (App)

  2. Open the Elitech Tools App.
  3. The app will scan for nearby Elitech devices. Select your EMG-40Vpro manifold and IPT-01 clamps from the list to connect.

  1. Ciśnienie: Once hoses are connected to the system, open the manifold valves as needed to measure high and low side pressures. Readings will display on the screen.

6. Konserwacja
