Your KastKing Brutus Spin Cast Combo is designed for quick setup. The reel comes pre-spooled with 10 lb monofilament line, eliminating the need for initial line winding.
- Assemble the Rod: If your rod is a multi-piece design, carefully connect the sections. Ensure they are fully seated and aligned to prevent damage during casting.
- Attach the Reel: Place the reel foot into the custom graphite reel seat on the rod handle. Tighten the reel seat nut securely to ensure the reel is firmly attached and does not wobble.

Casting with the Spin Cast Reel
- Hold the Rod: Grip the rod handle firmly with your dominant hand, placing your thumb on the push-button release of the spin cast reel.
