4. Konfiguracja i instalacja

4.1 Montaż wyciągarki

  1. Select a mounting location on your ATV/UTV that is structurally sound and can support the full pulling force of the winch.
  2. Ensure the mounting surface is flat and provides adequate clearance for the winch, fairlead, and wire rope.
  3. Position the roller fairlead to align with the winch drum and ensure the wire rope can spool evenly.
  4. Secure the winch and fairlead using the provided high-grade bolts, washers, and nuts. Tighten all fasteners to the manufacturer's specifications.

This winch operates on a 12 Volt DC power supply. Ensure your vehicle's battery is in good condition and fully charged.

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) terminal of your vehicle's battery before making any electrical connections to prevent accidental short circuits.
  2. Mount the control box/solenoid in a dry, protected location, away from heat and moving parts.
  3. Connect the heavy gauge power cables from the winch motor to the control box as indicated in the wiring diagram (refer to the diagram provided with your product).
  4. Connect the main power cables from the control box to your vehicle's 12V battery: the red cable to the positive (+) terminal and the black cable to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure all connections are clean and tight.
  5. Connect the remote control wiring to the control box.
  6. Reconnect the negative (-) terminal of your vehicle's battery.

The IP68 weatherproof rating ensures the winch can operate effectively in harsh conditions, but proper electrical connections are vital for safety and performance.
