3. Changing Stones: The double-sided clamping mechanism allows for quick stone changes. Simply unclamp the current stone and insert the next grit.

4. Ostrza: After reaching the desired sharpness with the finest grit stone, apply a small amount of polishing paste to the leather strop. Use light, backward strokes (away from the edge) to remove any burr and achieve a mirror-like finish.
