Instrukcje konfiguracji

  1. Naładuj baterię: Connect the TR-630 Standard Battery to the TR-641N Single Station Battery Charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet. The battery status indicator on the charger will show charging progress. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.
  2. Zainstaluj filtr: Insert the TR-6710N Particulate and Gas/Vapor Filter into the PAPR unit (TR-602N). Secure it with the TR-6700FC Filter Cover.
  3. Attach Breathing Tube: Connect one end of the BT-30 Length Adjusting Breathing Tube to the PAPR unit and the other end to the S-133 Soft Headtop. Ensure connections are secure.
  4. Attach Belt: Secure the TR-627 Easy Clean Belt to the PAPR unit.
  5. Perform Airflow Check: Before donning, attach the TR-971 Airflow Indicator to the breathing tube outlet. Turn on the PAPR unit. The indicator ball should rise to the designated mark, confirming adequate airflow.

Instrukcja obsługi

  1. Donning the System: Place the S-133 Soft Headtop over your head, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit. Adjust the breathing tube for optimal comfort and movement. Secure the TR-627 Easy Clean Belt around your waist with the PAPR unit positioned comfortably on your back or hip.
  2. Włączanie: Press the power button on the PAPR unit to turn it on. The unit will perform a self-check, and visual and audible alarms will indicate its status.
  3. Stan monitorowania: The PAPR unit features visual battery charge and particulate filter loading status indicators. Regularly check these indicators during operation to ensure continuous protection. Audible and vibratory alarms will alert the user to low battery or low airflow conditions.
  4. Czas pracy baterii: The high-capacity battery provides up to 12 hours of continuous run time, depending on filter type and airflow settings.
  5. Wyłączone: When finished, press and hold the power button to turn off the PAPR unit.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and effectiveness of your 3M Versaflo PAPR system.

  • Czyszczenie: Use the included TR-653 Cleaning and Storage Kit to clean the headtop, breathing tube, and PAPR unit after each use. Follow the instructions provided with the cleaning kit. The headcover is designed for low maintenance.
  • Wymiana filtra: Replace the particulate and gas/vapor filter (TR-6710N) as indicated by the filter loading status indicator or as per your facility's guidelines and exposure levels. Always use genuine 3M replacement filters.
