Starting a Massage:

1. Sit comfortably and place your feet into the foot inserts of the massager.
2. Naciśnij Przycisk zasilania to turn on the device. The LED display will illuminate.
3. The device will typically start with a default massage program and timer setting.

Ending a Massage:

The massager will automatically turn off once the set timer expires. You can also manually turn off the device at any time by pressing the Przycisk zasilania.
