6. Rozwiązywanie Problemów

Jeśli masz problemy z aparatem, zapoznaj się z poniższymi typowymi problemami i ich rozwiązaniami:

  • Camera not connecting to the network:
The camera defaults to a static IP address (192.168.1.108). If your network uses a different IP range, you may need to temporarily change your computer's IP address to the 192.168.1.x range to access the camera's web interface and configure it for DHCP or a static IP within your network's range. Alternatively, use the IP search tool provided by the manufacturer (often found via a QR code in the manual or on the manufacturer's support page).
  • No video or poor video quality on NVR:
Ensure your NVR supports 5MP resolution. If not, access the camera's web interface and lower its resolution to 1080P (2MP) and/or change the encoding to H.264 to match your NVR's capabilities. Verify the NVR is configured to add IP cameras via ONVIF.
  • Camera feels hot:
Due to its mini size and metal casing, it is normal for the camera to feel warm during operation. This does not indicate a malfunction.
  • Cannot log into the camera:
Ensure you are using the correct username (default: admin) and password (default: admin123). If you have changed the password and forgotten it, refer to the manufacturer's support resources for password reset procedures.
  • Detekcja ruchu nie działa:
Check the motion detection settings in the camera's web interface or app. Ensure the detection area is correctly defined and sensitivity is adjusted appropriately. Verify that email alarm settings are correctly configured if you expect notifications.
  • Web interface issues (e.g., settings not saving, overlays):
Ensure you are using a compatible browser. Some advanced features or specific browser versions might have compatibility issues. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
