  3. Wykonaj pomiar: Press the "ON/OFF" key (labeled "Test" in some contexts) to initiate the measurement. Wait several seconds for the meter to process the sample. The display will show the moisture value and temperature.
  4. Repeat for Average (Optional): For more accurate results, press the "ON/OFF" key two times (first "OFF" then "ON" again) to repeat the test 2-3 times. Press the "MENU" key to view the average value. Press "MENU" again to erase or "ON/OFF" to exit.

4.1 Kalibracja

While the meter is factory calibrated, for optimal accuracy, especially when testing specific grain types or if you notice discrepancies, it is recommended to calibrate the device. This can be done using a known moisture content sample. Refer to the "Adjustment" option in the meter's menu for calibration procedures. For example, if calibrating for coffee, using a 12% humidity sample will provide the most reliable range of measurements around that value.

5. Konserwacja

5.1 Czyszczenie

  • After each use, empty the grain cup and gently brush away any residual grain particles.
  • Wipe the exterior of the meter with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Ensure no moisture or debris enters the internal components of the device.

5.2 Przechowywanie

  • Przechowuj miernik w chłodnym i suchym miejscu, z dala od bezpośredniego światła słonecznego i ekstremalnych temperatur.
  • Jeśli przechowujesz urządzenie przez dłuższy czas, wyjmij baterię, aby zapobiec wyciekowi.
  • Utilize the provided carrying case for protection during storage and transport.

6. Rozwiązywanie Problemów

6.1 Typowe problemy i rozwiązania

  • Meter does not turn on or screen is full of dots:

This issue is often caused by a loose screen cable on the motherboard. To resolve:

    1. Wyjmij baterię.
    2. Unscrew the cover (usually only one screw).
    3. Locate the screen cable connected to the motherboard.
    4. Using sharp tweezers, pull back the black clamp securing the cable.
    5. Carefully remove the cable, then reinsert it and tighten the clamp.
    6. Reinstall the battery and attempt to power on the device.
  • "Put grain in meter and tighten" message persists:

Ensure the grain cup is properly filled and the top cover is screwed on tightly. The meter requires sufficient pressure from the cap to register the sample. If the issue persists, check for any obstructions or damage to the cap or sensor area.

  • Niedokładne odczyty:

Verify that the correct grain type is selected in the meter's menu. Ensure the grain sample is clean and free from foreign materials. Consider performing a calibration with a known moisture content sample for improved accuracy.
