Thank you for choosing the Rossmax Swiss Design X5 Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor. This device is designed for accurate and reliable measurement of blood pressure and pulse rate at home. It incorporates advanced PARR (Pulse Arrhythmia) technology for early detection of Atrial Fibrillation (AFib), Premature Contraction (PC), Tachycardia, and Bradycardia during regular blood pressure checks. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper operation and to maximize the benefits of this device.

4. Konfiguracja

4.1 Instalacja baterii

1. Otwórz pokrywę baterii znajdującą się z tyłu urządzenia.
2. Insert four (4) AA size batteries according to the polarity indicators (+ and -) inside the compartment.
3. Dokładnie zamknij pokrywę baterii.

Notatka: The device can also be powered by an optional AC adaptor (not included).

4.2 Połączenie mankietowe

Insert the air plug of the cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor. Ensure a secure connection to prevent air leakage during measurement.

5. Instrukcja obsługi

5.1 Przed pomiarem

• Unikaj jedzenia, picia alkoholu, palenia i ćwiczeń przez co najmniej 30 minut przed pomiarem.
• Przed wykonaniem pomiaru odpocznij przez co najmniej 5 minut.
• Usiądź prosto, oprzyj plecy i połóż stopy płasko na podłodze.
• Połóż rękę na stole tak, aby mankiet znajdował się na wysokości serca.
• Ensure the cuff is applied directly to your bare arm, not over clothing.

5.2 Zakładanie mankietu

1. Slide the end of the cuff through the metal ring to form a loop. The smooth cloth should be on the inside of the cuff loop.
2. Place the cuff on your left upper arm so that the air tube runs down the inside of your arm.
3. The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2 inches) above your elbow.
4. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.

5.3 Wykonywanie pomiaru

1. Naciśnij Moc przycisk, aby włączyć monitor.

3. Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your Systolic (SYS), Diastolic (DIA) blood pressure, and Pulse rate.
4. The display will also show indicators for PARR technology (ARR/AFib/PC) if detected.
5. The measurement will be automatically stored in the device's memory.
6. The device will auto-shut-off approximately 1 minute after the last key operation.

6.2 Przechowywanie
