One of the key features of your Sear and Stew slow cooker is the ability to sear ingredients directly in the cooking pot on your hob before slow cooking. This helps to lock in flavors and achieve a richer taste.

• Remove the cooking pot from the base unit.
• Place the cooking pot directly onto a gas or electric hob burner. Notatka: This pot is not suitable for induction hobs.
• Add a small amount of oil or fat and sear your meat or vegetables as desired.
• Once searing is complete, carefully remove the hot pot from the hob using oven mitts.
• Place the hot cooking pot back into the slow cooker base unit.

2. Slow Cooking
