For New Tile Installations:

• Ensure all tiles are securely set and the adhesive has fully cured according to its manufacturer's instructions.
• Clean any excess adhesive from the grout lines.
• The grout lines should be clean and dry before application.

For Existing Tile (Regrouting/Repairs):

• Remove approximately 1/16 inch of the old grout using a grout rake or appropriate tool.
• Thoroughly scrub the surface of the tile and grout lines with a tile cleaner to remove any dirt, mildew, or residue.
• Rinse the area thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry completely before applying new grout.

Red Devil Pre-Mixed Tile Grout is ready to use directly from the container. No mixing is required.

1. Apply Grout: Using a grout float or a suitable applicator, apply the grout to the tile surface, working it into each joint thoroughly. Ensure all gaps are filled completely.
2. Work In and Finish: Work the grout into the joints with a sponge or grout float. For new installations, finish the joints with a grout float to achieve a smooth, uniform appearance.
3. Initial Cleanup (15 minutes): After approximately 15 minutes, once the grout has begun to set up, remove any excess grout from the top of the tiles with a damp sponge. Wipe diagonally across the tiles to avoid pulling grout from the joints.
4. Final Polish (1 hour): Wait about one hour after initial cleanup, then polish and buff the tiles with a clean, dry cloth to remove any remaining haze and achieve a clean finish.
