This product is designed for customers who have rooms that lack strong airflow from their HVAC register. This fan will boost that airflow to improve cooling and heater performance.

Installing with Outlet Inside Home

NOTE: Make sure you determine your power source and that your AC/DC adapter will reach the outlet

1. Remove your existing register grille.
2. Plug the AC/DC adapter cord into your register booster grille.
3. Then using the two provided mounting screws, install the Register Booster fan.
4. Plug in the AC/DC adapter into the outlet.

Installing with Outlet Inside Attic or Crawlspace

NOTE: Make sure you determine your power source and that your AC/DC adapter will reach the outlet

1. Remove your existing register grille.
2. Drill a 1/4” hole in the sheet metal register box. From inside the attic or crawlspace, feed the adapter cable through the hole and plug the AC/DC adapter cord into your register booster grille.
3. Then using the two provided mounting screws, install the Register Booster fan.
4. Once completed, go back into the attic or crawlspace and pull the slack gently until there is no more slack. Then using metallized tape designed for attics, completely tape off the hole so there are no air leaks.
5. Plug in the AC/DC adapter into the outlet.

Powering on the Fan
Upon powering on the unit, the LCD display will light up with the currently detected temperature in OFF mode.
The Wi-Fi icon should be blinking indicating that it is ready to pair to the app.

Temperature, Auto Heat Fan Speed, Cool Activation Temperature, and Auto Cool Fan Speed.

Your Register Booster fan includes Wi-Fi that allows you to control the settings of your fan from your smartphone.
The app is available for download on both iOS and Google Play. Tap the icon below to download the app to your device

Pairing the Fan

• To start pairing your fan, launch the Register Booster app. The fan will already be in Pair mode from the factory.
• Tap the Add Device button Your fan will pop up under the “Discovering devices…” section of the page. Tap Add.
• Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your network password.
• Once you tap next, the fan will connect to your Wi-Fi network. Once connected, pairing is complete. Tap Done.
• Back on the Home screen in the app, you can tap your fan to enter the Fan Control screen.
• If you do not see the fan listed, the fan may have previously been paired.
• To enter Pair mode manually, press and hold the przycisk i button simultaneously for 5 seconds. This will reset the Wi-Fi and gets the fan ready for setup.

Tryb automatyczny

• Auto mode will automatically turn the fan on when the A/C or heater is running.
• The temperature probe in the fan detects the air temperature flowing out of your HVAC register.
• When your A/C turns on, the temperature probe will detect air cooler than your Cool Temp set point and the fan will turn on.
• When your heater turns on, the temperature probe will detect air warmer than your Heat Temp set point and the fan will turn on.
• Once the A/C or heater turns off, the probe will return to ambient temperature and your fan will gradually decrease speed until it turns off.

Adjusting Using LCD Display

Naciśnij button to turn on Auto mode. By pressing the button multiple times you can cycle through the different settings.

Settings Values

• Cool Temp Can be set from 0º to 70º
• Set Speed 1 (lowest speed) through 10 (highest speed)
• Heat Temp Can be set from 71º to 150º
• Set Speed 1 (lowest speed) through 10 (highest speed)

You can change the selected option settings using the or pikolak.
Cycle through the rest of Auto mode and Timer mode using the button to turn the fan OFF.

Adjusting with the App

• In the app, tap the ON button at the bottom of the screen. This will set the fan to Auto mode.
• Here you can adjust your activation temperatures as well as the Fan Speed settings for both Cool and Heat.
• To turn the fan OFF, press the OFF button

Tryb timera

Timer mode allows you to run the fan at a set speed for a set duration of time.

Speed Options / Time Options 

• 1 (lowest speed) through 10 (highest speed)
  • 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 mins
  • 10, 15, 30, 45 minut
  • 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8 hours

Adjusting Using LCD Display

• Naciśnij button five times to cycle through the modes until you get to Timer mode.
• The first setting is the Set Time option. Here you can select how long you want the fan to run by using the or pikolak.
• Naciśnij button again to the Set Speed option. Here you can select the fan speed by using the or pikolak.
• Naciśnij button again to turn the fan OFF.

Adjusting with the App

• In the app, tap the ON button at the bottom of the screen and then tap Timer.
• The Select Countdown Timer option will popup. From here you can select your desired timer runtime.
• Once you select a time, you can use the slider on the screen to adjust the Fan Speed.

To access the Settings menu, you can either tap the Settings button in the app or activate

• The display has three brightness settings, 1 (dimmest), 2, or 3 (brightest).

• If you would like to turn the display off completely, you can do this by first activating the
• Child Lock feature and then turning the display off.
• To turn on Child Lock, long press the button for 2 seconds. Once on, the controls will no longer work and you will see a lock icon on the screen.
• Once Child Lock is activated, press the button to turn off the display.

• The fan supports both Fahrenheit and Celsius.
• On the LCD display, press the button until you find the ºF/ºC setting and use the or buttons to adjust the setting.

• Sometimes the temperature that is sensed by the temperature probe may be off by a few degrees. The fan features a setting that allows you to program a temperature offset, + or – 20ºF/10ºC.
• On the LCD display, press the button until you find the Calib. setting and use the or przyciski do regulacji ustawienia.
• On the app, tap Settings > Temperature Calibration and drag the slider to your desired setting.

• Child lock will make the control interface on the fan inoperable.
• To turn on Child Lock, long press the button for 2 seconds. Once on, the controls will no longer work and you will see a lock icon on the screen.
• Pressing any button once Child Lock is activated will cause an audible beep and the lock icon on the screen will flash.
• To turn off Child Lock, long press the button for 2 seconds again. The lock icon will go away and the control will be operable again.

• To perform a full factory reset, press and hold the przycisk, przycisk i button simultaneously for 5 seconds to reset the fan and clear user settings back to default. This will also reset the Wi-Fi configuration and the fan will need to be setup again in the app.
• Outside of a full factory reset, you can set any parameter back to factory settings very easily.
• On the LCD display, once you are selected on the option that you would like to reset, press the button, and button simultaneously for 3 seconds. This will set just the selected option back to the factory default setting. All other settings in the fan will remain the same.

This process can be done on any mode setting or fan setting screen.
Note this process can only be done on the LCD display and cannot be done from within the app.

Reset Wi-Fi
To reset the Wi-Fi and fully remove the fan from your app, press and hold the przycisk i button simultaneously for 5 seconds. This will reset the Wi-Fi and gets the fan ready for setup.

Remove Fan from App

• On the Home screen of the app, tap the at the top of the screen and tap Device Management.
• From the Device Management screen you can tap Remove Device to remove it from your account.
• Once removed, the fan will re-enter Pair mode and allow you to pair it again to your account or to another account.
